The experience with concept vehicle leasing was great, our sales manager Neil, was helpful, knowledgeable and kept to all he promised. Neil located the vehicle we wanted quickly and kept to all the time lines promised. The customer service team were also so helpful, always responded to the emails they were sent always willing to find out any details they didn't have. A special mention to Rebekah at this point, thank you for the perfect communication with us. The vehicle arrived on the day it was promised, I was called in the morning with a ETA, I was even called when the ETA passed to advise of another time, this wasn't a issue for me but it was nice to be made aware. The delivery driver Alan was lovely, helpful and took his time when showing us around the vehicle. I don't have any negative points to mention about the service. The whole process was so easy and a real pleasure. I hope to deal with Concept and the teams again.

I've leased cars from Concept both as an individual and as a Fleet Manager on many occasions. What makes them different from other car leasing companies is the exceptional customer service Paul and his team provide. Both as a customer and a client, it's great to receive such personal customer service.
